Housing

Housing and Transportation Request Form

We look forward to helping you coordinate your stay during the convention. Please fill out the form above if you would like help with housing or travel to the convention!  This year our convention is the same time as the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, an annual spectacle attracting thousands of visitors from around the world, meaning accommodations in Santa Fe may be scarce; we recommend booking well in advance. To assist traveling singers, we have special hotel rate at The Sage Hotel. Please follow the link above to our Housing/Transportation Request Form to learn more about the options and to communicate your needs and preferences.

Connect with Mitchell Gustin at mitchellgustin(at)gmail(dot)com with any housing questions.

Accessibility

Please stay tuned for a full accessibility report.  This year we will have a rented ADA compliant restroom to add to the facilities provided at the Montezuma Lodge.

Questions

Please direct non-housing questions to co-chairs Vic Weiner and Porter Lontz-Underhill at nmsacredharp(at)gmail(dot)com.

Public Health Precautions

Same-day Covid testing will not be required, but is recommended. Please do not attend the singing if you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness or have recently tested positive for or been exposed to COVID. You know what to look for! Masks are also welcome but not required.
